This business course is for learners who currently work or are wanting to develop the skills and knowledge to work as a Coordinator (Business Operations), Warehouse Team Leader, Distribution Centre Supervisor, Supervisor, Line Manager, Leading Hand, Production Supervisor, Sales Team Manager, Team Leader, Frontline Sales Manager or Freight Administrative Supervisor in the following industries:

About This Course
This qualification reflects the role of individuals working as developing and emerging leaders and managers in a range of enterprise and industry contexts. As well as assuming responsibility for their own performance, individuals at this level are likely to provide leadership, guidance and support to others. They may also have some responsibility for organising and monitoring the output of teams. They apply solutions to a defined range of predictable and unpredictable problems and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.
Course Duration
12 months
Units of Competence
Students will be required to undertake 12 units of competence including 5 core and 7 elective units. Course units are delivered sequentially and should be completed over a 12-month period.
